This Privacy Policy explains what information Sequence Battle: Royale (“the Game”, “we”, “us”) collects when you play, how that information is used, and the choices you have. By playing the Game you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

We collect only what is needed to run the Game:

• Account information. When you start playing we create an account identifier for you. If you play as a Guest, this is an anonymous ID only. If you sign in with Google, Facebook or Apple, we receive your name, your email address, a profile-image URL, and the provider’s user ID for that service.
• Display name and avatar. The name and picture other players see next to you in matches, rooms and leaderboards.
• Gameplay and progression data. Your coin and currency balance, match history and results, competitive rank and season points, experience and level, daily-mission progress, owned in-game items, and friend connections.
• Purchase records. If you buy in-game currency, we record the transaction identifier, product purchased and amount credited. Payment itself is processed by Google Play; we do not receive or store your card or payment details.
• Technical and security data. Your IP address, approximate region, and basic device/browser information. We use this to run the multiplayer connection, prevent abuse and cheating, and enforce rate limits.

We do not knowingly collect precise location, contacts, photos, or any other data beyond the above.

2. How we use your information

• To create and maintain your account and let you sign back in.
• To run real-time matches, matchmaking, rooms, chat, emotes and presence.
• To operate the coin economy, competitive ranking, leaderboards, daily missions and rewards.
• To process and verify in-game purchases and restore them after reinstall or reconnect.
• To detect and prevent fraud, cheating, abuse and technical abuse of our servers.
• To provide player support and respond to your requests.

3. How your information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data only with:

• Other players — your display name, avatar, rank and in-match actions are visible to opponents and, where relevant, on leaderboards.
• Google Play — to process purchases and verify them.
• Advertising partners — if you choose to watch a rewarded ad, our ad provider (Google’s H5 Games Ads / AdSense) may process limited data to serve and measure that ad. Ads are optional and only shown when you choose to watch one.
• Infrastructure providers — hosting and database services that store and serve game data on our behalf under contract.
• Legal reasons — if required by law, or to protect our rights, users or the security of the service.

4. Data retention and deletion

We keep your account and gameplay data for as long as your account exists. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data by emailing us at the address below. We will delete it within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain certain transaction records for legal or accounting purposes. Some anonymised or aggregated data that cannot identify you may be retained.

5. Children

The Game is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will remove it.

6. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/WSS) and stored with access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

7. Your choices

• You can play as a Guest without providing name or email.
• You can disconnect a linked Google, Facebook or Apple account from within the Game.
• You can choose not to watch ads — they are never forced.
• You can request access to or deletion of your data using the contact below.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued play after a change means you accept the revised policy.
